    I had a red-eye flight leaving from a gate close to Umaizushi. I stopped in and got the Poke Don. It was better than any of the poke I had on my visit to Kauai. Excellent service, very friendly and fast. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

    Great service! Place was really busy and staff was still very friendly and helpful. Food was good and they even had a few vegan options. Beats the hell out of burger king next door.

    So, on the way back to mainland, we stopped by this place. We didn't expect the sushi to be fresh and delicious. We only stopped by since we have a lot of time before our departure. The server is very friendly and doesn't mind at all that we are staying for a bit to wait for our departure time. We ordered the sushi and pleasantly surprised of the quality of the sushi. We then ordered more sushi to go for our lunch in the plane. Trust me, it's good!!

    The sockeye salmon teishoku is really delicious. Add a junmai Ginjo sake. The lunch of champions.
